Zumba Fitness Ice Ice Baby Style

THE VIEW is my go-to daytime show and when I found out Vanilla Ice, also known as Robert Van Winkle, was the guest I wasn't going to miss it. His journey has been a rocky one, as we all know, from his days as a mega-popular and iconic Caucasian rapper. It is clear to see that Vanilla Ice is in a much better place in his life now. As he was talking you can clearly see he has come to terms with his History-making white rapper image and has discovered the second part of life as Robert Van Winkle. His eyes have a "happy" light in them and his energy was just warm and inviting. Discovering what his speciality, or calling in life is, is what brought him out of the dark place he was lost in. The show shows a scene of a house he and his crew re-made or renovated and it is so obvious how proud he is of the work he does. It fills him with joy and makes him HAPPY.

Don't we all go through this in our lives? If not all, many of us? There's something to say about not knowing where you belong, what you're here for, what your purpose is, and how you want to be viewed as a person. His rapper image was associated with broken dreams and misrepresentation of who he is as a person. None of us can understand what it's like but we can relate to this, if your name is tarnished and spoken poorly of in the mouths of others, to where your credibility is short-changed. I guess in this case many individuals in the Entertainment or Music Industry go through this. Trying to figure out who they are outside of what they do.

It was really enjoyable watching the second segment, ICE ICE BABY Zumba!
Not a bad idea at all! Why not? I always say :) I haven't tried Zumba Fitness yet but I'm sure I'll be drenched in sweat after a work-out. It is definitely high-energy, heart-pounding, feel-good, work-out. But this is just dope. Everyone in the video has a choreographed, aerobic routine including Rob, and just getting down. I don't know about you Kool World but it's a great way to turn a downward spiraling past into something inspirationally good! I'm glad personall that he found his way. We should all wish the best for each other.
